More than anything else, we started the Community to hear from you.  As an education-based organization, we believe in the importance of open exchange and learning, but we also want it to be, clean, civil, and on-topic.

In order to maintain a family friendly environment, we do moderate comments, so it may take a few minutes for you to see yours posted.

Also know that we are dedicated to providing our visitors with a quality experience – whether it be online or at the Museum. We look forward to your comments, and especially your suggestions.  We will address all constructive criticisms quickly and efficiently as long as they are not abusive, offensive, inappropriate, profane or illegal.

Here are a few other guidelines we hope will help make this Community enjoyable for everyone:

• To be published, your comment must relate to current science, a blog or forum post, the Community itself or a Museum. If it doesn’t, it won’t be allowed.

• SPAMming in any form will not be allowed. This includes commercial offers, repeated postings of the same information, or anything else deemed SPAM by Community monitors.

• Decisions of Community monitors are final.

• If you quote information in your comment, please give the source, and if possible, a link to the original content.
